Wind Mitigation

Wind Mitigation verifies the structural integrity of the homes roofing system to resist high wind producing storms. This inspection includes water barrier components, roof-to-wall connections and more. Many insurance companies offer savings for a qualifying inspection report.

 

4 Point Inspection

We offer detailed reporting that you can provide to your insurance company. This inspection covers the Roof’s condition along with Electrical, Plumbing and the HVAC systems. Many insurance companies require this report so be sure to check with your agent before scheduling a home inspection.

 

WDO / Termite

We offer WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) inspections. This inspection will report any presence or damage from Termites, Ants, Beetles, Wood Decay Fungi and other Organisms. Florida’s sub-tropical environment is optimal for Termites. We strongly suggest this inspection to protect your investment.

VA loans usually require this inspection for lending purposes. Consult your lender or Real-Estate Agent when scheduling your home inspection services.

Mobile Home Tie Downs

We specialize in Mobile Home Inspections.

The State of Florida has specific requirements for Mobile Home Tie-Downs. Some insurance providers require an inspection report to ensure the home complies with DHSMV admin code 15C-1.0104. As Florida Licensed Installers, our reports are accepted by insurance providers.

 

Mobile Home Engineer Report

Mobile Home Engineer Reports provide specific information that some lenders require. We work closely with licensed engineers to complete these inspection reports. We are licensed by the State of Florida as Mobile Home Installers. This gives us the added knowledge above other Home Inspection Companies to ensure that your home is safe and meets the requirements of your lender.

 

Thermal Imaging

Our Thermal Imaging offers that extra set of eyes to find potential problems that otherwise may be unnoticed. We use the latest camera offered by an industry leader in Thermal Optics. This allows us to find moisture penetration in the home and potential plumbing or electrical issues. These camera photos will be provided directly to you on the detailed inspection report.

 

Water Testing

Does your new home have a well? We can test the water quality for contaminates such as Bacteria, Lead, Nitrates and more. These tests are performed by professional laboratories in conjunction with the County and State. Results may take 2-3 days.

 

Supra eKey

Busy schedule or short inspection window? We are a Member of RALSC (Realtors Association of Lake and Sumter Counties) and have eKey access. This allows us to perform inspections when you or your Real-Estate agent cannot be present. We are also happy to make efforts for accommodating short notice and weekend inspections.
